Shipping policy

Products and delivery
Products sold by B&R Collectible are physical collectibles. Any digital receipt or order asset is provided for order confirmation, payment details and release or dispatch information only; it is not a substitute for the physical product.

Shipping charges
Standard shipping is currently free for eligible orders unless a different charge is clearly shown or agreed before dispatch.

Processing and delivery estimates
In-stock items are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch within Malaysia. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Preorders
The expected release or dispatch date for a preorder is stated on the product page or in an order update. Release dates are supplied by manufacturers and distributors and may change. If a release date changes, we will update customers using the email address supplied with the order. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held until all items are available unless we agree to separate shipment.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Contact shop@bnrcollectible.com as soon as possible if a delivery detail must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been prepared or dispatched.

International orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Lost, damaged, or delayed parcels
If an order arrives damaged, is materially delayed, or appears lost, contact shop@bnrcollectible.com with the order number and relevant photographs or tracking information. We will review the issue and assist with the carrier where appropriate.
